The villa offers guests 206 m2 of living space within a spacious property spanning 1059 m2. Fully air-conditioned, it accommodates a maximum of 8 people, with an optimal capacity of 6.

On the ground floor, there are two spacious rooms. In the first room, there is a king size bed 180x200 cm and if necessary it can be separated into 2 single beds measuring 90x200 cm, and a private bathroom. In the second room there is a king size bed 180x200 cm and a private bathroom with a shower with a curtain and a bathtub.
On the upper floor, guests can enjoy a spacious bedroom equipped with a king size bed 180x200 cm and a comfortable sofa bed for two measuring 160x200 cm. The bathroom with a shower with curtains is located outside the room.

The villa boasts a modern, fully-equipped kitchen where you can craft delectable meals for family and friends. A dining room with an 8-seat table invites shared moments.
